David Singleton

CEO, Head Skills Trainer

Coach Dave believes there are three things you can always fully control: energy, effort, and focus. Once you learn to take control, you can grow as a human being and achieve greatness.

Coach Dave began his stint in Calgary, AB starting his own skills training company, Coaching Victory Player Development in 2015 when he first moved here from Coatesville, PA. Coach Dave played varsity basketball at The Hill School in Pottstown, PA, and continued to play for some powerhouse Division 1 programs, High Point University, Marquette University, and Albright College, PA. He started training young athletes while still in high school and began training professional basketball players after playing professionally in Morocco, Africa. As the head trainer for Prolific Sports House, Coach Dave works with pros like Kris Porzinges, Marcus and Markeif Morris, Jae Crowder, and other athletes of all ages and levels.

 

Claudia Singleton

Human Resources Director

Claudia is the Human Resources Director of Prolific Sports House, and plays a central role in shaping the culture and operations of the organization. A former college soccer player, she brings first-hand experience of the discipline, teamwork, and dedication required to succeed in competitive sports. Claudia applies her expertise in human resources to ensure the staff and programs operate smoothly, creating a professional, safe and supportive environment for athletes and coaches alike.

Derian V

Elite Lead Trainer/U11-13 Coach

Coach Derian brings collegiate playing experience and a strong reputation for skill development to the program. A former college basketball player, he is known within Prolific for helping athletes become more shifty, creative, and effective off the dribble. His training emphasizes footwork, change of pace, ball control, and game-realistic reads, allowing players to create space and play with confidence. His ability to translate advanced skills into game impact makes him a key part of the development process.

Isaac G

Head Coach of U15-17 North / Elite Trainer

Coach Isaac played collegiate basketball at Ambrose University and recently played professionally in Spain, where he developed a strong foundation in high-level competition and professionalism. After completing his college career, he continued playing professionally overseas, gaining valuable experience competing against international talent. His journey through college and professional basketball provides him with a global perspective on the game, which he now brings into coaching and player development.

Dan B

Head Coach of North U11-13 / Elite Trainer

Coach Dan brings extensive playing experience and a deep understanding of the game to the program. He competed at the university level, where he developed a strong basketball IQ and a detailed understanding of high-level concepts. Dan works closely with our prep team and plays a key role in the development of our boys AAU program, consistently helping athletes improve their skill, decision-making, and overall approach to the game. His knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to teach make him a valuable resource for players at every stage of development.

Kiandra C

Girls Program Director / Head Coach / Elite Trainer / Marketing Lead

Coach Kiandra brings a deep playing and coaching background to Prolific. She played basketball from a young age, competing on high-level club teams before continuing her career at the university level at WWU in Walla Walla, WA. Following her university career, Coach Kiandra gained valuable experience coaching AAU basketball in Vancouver, where she worked closely with athletes who moved on to compete at Division I and II levels in the U.S. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes advanced skill training, game-speed execution, and mental toughness, while providing athletes with the exposure, guidance, and opportunities necessary to reach the next level. She is committed to building one of the most premier girls basketball programs in Calgary, helping athletes maximize their potential both on and off the court.

Sarena J

Girls Program Coach / Front Desk

Coach Sarena brings a versatile athletic background and strong basketball IQ to the Prolific coaching staff. A former multi-sport athlete, she competed in high school basketball while excelling across multiple sports, giving her a well-rounded understanding of movement, competitiveness, and athletic development. She coached high school basketball at Nelson Mandela, along with gaining experience coaching AAU teams, where she worked closely with athletes in competitive environments. Known for her love of the game and ability to teach it effectively, Coach Sarena emphasizes skill development, decision-making, and effort at game speed.

Sharyn Moore

General Manager

Sharyn is the General Manager of Prolific Sports House, ensuring all programs, events, and operations run smoothly. She oversees schedules, logistics, and the day-to-day organization of the club, making sure athletes, coaches, and staff have everything they need to succeed. Sharyn’s leadership keeps Prolific running efficiently, helping the organization maintain its standard of excellence both on and off the court.
