General Terms

By ordering any of our products and/or services, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. By placing an order at Prolific Sports House, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us. All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Prolific Sports House as responsible for the personal information. Events outside Prolific Sports House control shall be considered force majeure. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored. Please note that local charges may occur. Prolific Sports House reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

Court Conditions

Due to weather conditions, court floors may lose their optimal performance grip. If your party agrees that the courts are unplayable, your entire party must step off the court within the first 30 mins and call Prolific Sports House's number or speak to an attendant on site and ask for a reschedule. You will not receive any compensation if your group stays for the entire booked time. Your entire party must leave the premises to qualify for rebooking. There will be no compensation given after a booking time has ended.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for any purchased bookings. Any bookings that are canceled due to external circumstances (lockdowns, weather conditions, or maintenance) will be rebooked (subject to Prolific Sports House's discretion, final decision will be made by Prolific Sports House). There are NO refunds, NO rebooking, and no cancellation for any purchased bookings.

Force Majeure

Events outside Prolific Sports House control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Prolific Sports House is released from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, or lack of delivery from suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

Payment

All products and services remain Prolific Sports House's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Prolific Sports House. All transfers conducted through Prolific Sports House are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Booking Policy

There are no refunds for any purchased bookings. Any bookings that are canceled due to external circumstances (lockdowns, weather conditions, or maintenance) will be rebooked. If a booking date and time is missed due to customer error, it will NOT be refunded or rebooked. Bookings made by groups after the facility has closed must be made at least 6 hours in advance and are subject to cancellation if Prolific Sports House cannot meet the booking time. If we are unable to fulfill the time booked, we will reschedule the booking. There are NO refunds, NO rebooking, and NO cancellation for any purchased bookings. Credit and promo codes cannot be combined. No exceptions. Food is strictly prohibited within the facilities. If you are hosting a party and wish to bring food, you must purchase a party package through our website. Without booking the appropriate package, no outside food will be permitted. Bookings are limited to a max of 20 people. There will be an additional 50% charge for more than 20 guests.

SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Prolific Sports House. Prolific Sports House will send transactional updates, booking confirmations, scheduling reminders, and occasional marketing or promotional alerts. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP at any time for customer care and support instructions. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to cancel. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer

By submitting a form, completing a booking, or interacting on this website, you and your entire party agree to becoming members, and hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses, and damages that occur while attending, exercising, or participating at Prolific Sports House. You hereby waive all claims against Prolific Sports House, its instructors, or partners individually or otherwise, for any and all injuries, claims, or damages that might occur to you or members of your party during your booking. Prolific Sports House and its staff hold no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Additional Info

Prolific Sports House reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product and service offerings without prior notice. In the event when a product or service is sold out, Prolific Sports House has the right to cancel the order/booking. We do not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of the content posted by third parties. By accepting the Prolific Sports House Conditions, you agree to the above.
