WHAT IS IT?
Prolific’s Year-Round Program allows athletes to sign up for our team for the full year instead of season by season.
There are 3 options you can sign up for. After you register for your desired option, we will send you an information packet with a more detailed description of cost, what is included, and how payment will work.
The 3 options are:
U9/10 Year Round
U11 - HS In-House Development Year Round
U11 - HS GZP Travel Competitive Team Year Round
Please note - not everyone who registers for the GZP program will make the team. Only those who pass evaluations will be accepted. If you do not make the GZP team, you will be placed on the In-House development team, and you can tryout again at the next evaluation.

Practices are tentative and may change based on team numbers.
Teams in the same division may practice together to ensure good practice numbers
Practices will run out of both locations if needed. (South/North)

Memberships will be assigned to each player through the GYMMASTER website. Instructions will be sent at a later date. Teams will use Whatsapp or Teamsnap for Group chat information.

Group training passes can be used upon the first payment. Additional passes will not be added to your account if they are all used up before the next billing period.

How many players are on a team?
Teams will have no more than 11 players on each team
What are team bonding events?
Team bonding events will be up to your coach and team manager. They can decide on what to do and where to go, whether it is at someone’s home, place, or at the P. This will be an additional cost to the fees. The team manager will let parents know the small additional fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
***By signing up, you are committing to the full program. If you choose to quit, are injured, or stop playing basketball, you will be required to pay for one additional month before the cancellation date. Ex: If you quit in April, you will be required to pay April and May.
Where will my player be playing?
Our priority is to increase each player’s confidence, body, and skills. Players will play in Prolific Leagues and tournaments, weekly practices, random exhibition games, and weekly training.
